Cancellation policy
A deposit of 10% of the rental amount is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.

I had to cancel my stay due to an unexpected emergency evacuation, but the host was very understanding and promptly refunded my payment. I appreciate their kindness during a stressful time.

Rating the host alone would easily earn them five stars, but the property did have a few issues that were beyond their control. There was a faucet in one of the bathrooms that was malfunctioning, but the host promptly arranged for repairs. Additionally, one of the bathtubs could have used a more thorough cleaning. I also felt that the towels could be improved and replaced. Overall, it was a good stay despite these minor hiccups.
